Weightlifting: Touch-n-Go Power Snatch 5×5
Weightlifting: We’re going to build across the 5 sets today and work on cycling a snatch that is a little heavier than we’re used to doing in a workout. All reps must be touch and go, and pauses must be overhead of with bar at the hang before going down to the ground.
Conditioning: 3RFT 50′ DB single arm overhead walking lunges 50/35 25 sit ups 16 Alt DB snatches 50/35 10 Box Jumps 30″/24″
Workout – Nice and smooth today in terms of volume, so lets set a fast pace, using the sit ups to recover our breathing.
