Conditioning: Every 1 min for 32 mins, alternating between: 14/10 Assault Bike Calories 1 round of DT, 155/105 lbs 16/12 Row Calories Rest
We’ll split into teams of 4 to divide the stations, but the workout will be an individual one. One round of DT is 12 Deadlifts, 9 Hang Power Cleans, 6 S2O. The DT rounds will be our most challenging rounds so scaling is encouraged. Reps should ONLY be split with one drop at 11 deadlifts, into U/B cleans and overheads in order to meet the minute pace. Scale to 135/95 > 115/85 > 95/65.
