Conditioning: JT – 21/15/9 for time of: HSPU, Ring Dips, Push Ups

Today is a muscular fatigue day, lots of shoulders and triceps. Use mats and bands to scale, but also scale numbers down to 15/10/5 for those that are struggling to complete this in under 10-15 minutes.
