Note: 3 Total AMRAPs will take 36 minutes including rest. Difficulty is higher at the beginning with lower reps and will transition to lower difficulty and higher reps. For scaling, we should start with the hardest variation of pulling we can do, and then decrease the difficulty each round. Scaling the barbell weights to start at 115/85 or 95/65, but weight should decrease each round.
