Weightlifting: 1RM Clean and Jerk retest
Retest from 11/22
We’re resting our lift today – remember that although we should be regularly practicing our squat clean and split jerk, we are performing whatever lift is our strongest as the cycle aimed to improve both.
Conditioning: For 3 cycles: AMRAP in 4 mins of: 7 Toes-to-bars 9 Kettlebell Swings, 53/35 lbs 11 Air Squats Rest 2 mins between each cycle.
Shorter, low impact AMRAPs for today’s workout after heavy clean and jerks. Our goal is to move consistently with little to no rest for the full 4 minutes. Lets keep our KB close to our pull up rig to minimize transition time.
