Our deadlifts today should be performed as controlled touch and go and should be a little heavier than we would normally do in our workouts. As you descend into your reps, ensure shoulders stay braced and don’t roll forward when hitting the ground and avoid all “bouncing” of the weights.

Workout – we should be plenty primed for the deadlifts in this workout, and the weight should be significantly lighter than what we performed in our strength. If the Rx weight is close to your 70%, we should be scaling down to 155/105 or 135/95.
