Strength: Back Squat 1×8 at 60% 1RM Back Squat 1×8 at 60% 1RM Back Squat 1×6 at 70% 1RM Back Squat 1×6 at 70% 1RM Back Squat 1×4 at 80% 1RM

Strength: Our percentages are a touch lower than we normally go so lets make these reps clean and work on positioning and depth under load.

Conditioning: Ascending AMRAP 8 1 Thruster 135/95 2 Chest to Bar Pull Ups 3 Bar Facing Burpees 2/4/6 3/6/9 4/8/12 ect Continuing adding 1/2/3 reps respectively for the duration

Workout – looking for the weight on the thrusters to put us out of our comfort zone, while being able to string multiple reps together as the rounds progress.
