Conditioning: Every 5 minutes for 30 minutes (3 Rounds of Each) Minute 0: 1000m row (or 2000m Bike) Minute 5: 9 Wall Walks + 45 Wall Balls
For today’s workout we are foregoing the partner WOD and instead working on pacing. We will stagger half the class to perform the row (for those that worked out yesterday or large classes, a 2000m bike can be subbed) and the other half to perform the wall walks + wall balls. These reps can be split however, so if you’re shakey on wall walks you can complete small sets of wall balls after each one to keep your arms fresh. Scores are going to be all 6 times added together.
