Strength: 1RM Snatch
While we should be practicing squat snatches, we want to test our strongest lift, even if that is a power snatch.

2 Bar Muscle Ups or 2 Pull Ups + 2 Ring/Bench Dips
4 Kipping HSPU/Z Press
8 Russian KB Swings 70/53
Workout – today is not a day to work on a new skill, but to practice the ones we have while Nate is typically 20 minutes, we’re dropping it down to 12 minutes to move a little faster if possible. If we do not have ring muscle ups, strict HSPU, or 70/53 American Kettlebell swings, we will drop to the entire scaled workout OR sub out the movement we have issues with (I.E. Bar Muscle Ups, but still keeping the strict HSPU and American KB swings).
