Conditioning: Complete as many rounds as possible in 13 mins of: 24 Kettlebell Swings, 53/35 lbs 16 Front Squats, 95/65 lbs 8 Bar Facing Burpees 4 Turkish Get-ups, 53/35 lbs (2/arm)
