Conditioning: 4 Rounds for time (20 min cap) – 400m run, 10 Single Arm DB Push Press (right) 50/35, 10 Single Arm DB Push Press (left) 50/35, 10 Ring Dips.
Workout – bringing in unilateral work today and immediately going into an unstable platform with ring dips. Focus on using your core and shoulder to stabilize on both ends, controlling the reps rather than flying through them. Round 2 and 4 you should start with left arm first for balance. Scaling we are looking for a weight that we can complete one arm unbroken, with a quick rest before perform the other arm’s presses.
