Conditioning: Every 3 mins for 15 mins do: 15 Medicine Ball Cleans, 20/14 lbs 12 Deadlifts, 155/105 lbs 9 Hang Power Cleans, 155/105 lbs 6 Push Jerks, 155/105 lbs
Workout is a riff on DT where we add in med ball cleans to pre-fatigue the legs each round. We should be ready to roll right into this after the C&J’s today.
