Conditioning: Every 10 mins for 30 mins do: Row, 500/400 m 20 Burpee Box Jump Overs, 24/20 in Bike, 1000/800 m Run, 400 m

We are looking to complete the rounds around the 8-9 minute mark, giving us somewhere between 1-2 min rest. Reduce the distances to the following if not finishing in the 10 min: 400/300m Row, 15 BBJO, 800/600m Bike, 200m Run
