Strength: Stamina Squatting #2. EMOM 10, minute 0-5 4 front squats at 55% 1RM (back squat), minute 5-10 8 back squats at 55% 1RM (same weight)

Today is our second round of stamina squatting. The 55% is based solely off the back squat 1RM. No rest at minute 5, going straight into the next 5 minutes for a total of 10 minute emom.

Conditioning: For time: 100 Double Unders 20 Double Kettlebell Front Rack Squats, 53/35 lbs 30 Suitcase Weighted Dual Kettlebell Reverse Lunges, 53/35 lbs 40 Push-ups 30 Suitcase Weighted Dual Kettlebell Reverse Lunges, 53/35 lbs 20 Double Kettlebell Front Rack Squats, 53/35 lbs 100 Double Unders

Workout – we should be able to complete the KB movements in no more than 2-3 sets.
