Note: Today’s workout will be a little different. We’re going to start with a 1600m cumulative run ran individually in 200m increments. This mean these runs should be sprints. Then, we have 10 total rounds, partner A must perform a full round in total before partner B can. We want the weight to be a little heavier than normal, but something that we can still complete unbroken each time.
