Conditioning:

Every 8 minutes for 24 minutes (3 rounds)
Buy in: 200m farmer carry 53/35 KBs
Then AMRAP of
10 KB Goblet Squats 53/35
8 Burpee to 6″ target
2 min rest (6 min rounds)

Workout – farmer carry should be completed in ~ 2 minutes tops, allowing 4 minutes of work. 6 minute rounds with 2 minute rest (treat it at every 8 min for 3 rounds (24 min)

Core: 3 rounds for quality of: 12 Weighted Sit-ups Weighted Plank Hold, 30 secs *Should use same weight for each, sit ups hold plate overhead and drive through it, ending with weight directly overhead, head through shoulders*
