Conditioning: Complete as many rounds as possible in 14 mins of: 2 Rope Climbs 10 Push Press, 95/65 lbs 15 Kettlebell Swings, 53/35 lbs 20 Straight Leg Sit-ups Run, 200 m *Straight leg sit ups should be harder, feet together. Rope climbs scale to 3:1 rope pulls from lying to standing.*
