Partner workout (teams of 3) – Complete as many rounds as possible in 25 mins of: 7/5 Assault Bike Calories 10 Medicine Ball Cleans, 20/14 lbs 5 Clean & Jerks *

Teams of 3 – One partner completes 1 full round before rotating. THIS IS A SPRINT, the bike should be complete in 15-20s immediately into 10 unbrokens quat cleans and C&J (until it gets heavy) If not treated as such by all 3, the workout will not be as difficult

Weight increases by 10lb/5lb every 3 rounds after each partner has completed one full round.
