Skill : Ring/Bar MU Technique Work – Spend 15 minutes on MU skill work. For those proficient on bar, work on rings. For those without any MU, work on bar. For those with both, perform 1 max set, followed by 4 sets at 40%.
Conditioning: 4 rounds for time of: 5 Power Snatches, 95/65 lbs 15 Wall Balls 5 Squat Snatches, 95/65 lbs 15 Medicine Ball Cleans, 20/14 lbs –
Higher skill day – the workout should be quick with unbroken movements throughout, while getting comfortable transitioning between power and squat snatches.
