Strength: Back Squat 5×5 at 75% 1RM – Weights are 5% less than what we would typically program for a 5×5, meaning rest should be reduced. Run a clock, rest time should be 90s and never to exceed 2 minutes, otherwise the stimulus will be lost and it will be too easy!
Conditioning: 30-20-10 reps, for time of: Kettlebell Swing, 70/53 lbs Toes-to-bar this workout is entirely about grip and core. We want these to be American Swings that have to be broken up in small sets
