Strength: 4 rounds for quality of: 8 Bent Over Barbell Rows + Hollow Hold, 30 secs Rest 1:30 *Strength Superset – Too often we see sloppy BB rows with no core engagement, so we’re adding a core component immediately after to try and raise the focus for it.*

Conditioning: Every 1:30 for 12 mins do: 8 Burpees 2 Squat Cleans 1 Jerk *target 70-80% for weight*
