Skill: Pistol Progressions. Spend ~20 minutes working on both mobility and skill progressions.

Conditioning: 3 rounds for time of: Row, 500 m 21 Kettlebell Swings, 53/35 lbs 12 Pistols. If weather is nice, can sub 400m run in for row. Pistols will be to the highest progression achieved in part one.
