Conditioning: (15 min cap) For time: 10 Snatches, 55% 1RM Row, 250 m 8 Snatches, 65% 1RM Row, 250 m 6 Snatches, 75% 1RM Row, 250 m 4 Snatches, 85% 1RM Row, 250 m 4 Snatches, 85% 1RM Row, 250 m 2 Snatches, 95% 1RM. **All snatch numbers are based on POWER snatch, however snatches can be squat or power as the load increases**.

Strength – 3 Supersets of 6-8 Barbell Rows (add 5-10lb from last week) and max barbell ab rollouts.
