Strength – Barbell Strict press – 3×3 @ 85% 1rm, 3×1 @ 95% 1RM (use either 1rm of heavy from last Monday)

Conditioning: AMRAP 14: 400m run/500m row/1200m bike, 40 Wall balls 20/14, 30 pull ups, 20 Cleans 135/95, 10 bar muscle ups.

Skill: Turkish Get Ups – Accumulate 20 reps as heavy as possible with good form (10/arm)

Conditioning retest: Annie – 50/40/30/20/10 DUs and Ab Mat Sit Ups (retest from 1/22, for those that tripped up, work on smaller, more efficient sets to manage expectations for the open).
