Strength – HSPU EMOM – Every minute for 10 minutes perform 5 HSPU. Scale number accordingly, should be strict if possible. SCALE OPTION*** Perform 20-30s wall facing hs hold or regular if needed. If uncomfortable on the wall, perform 8 Strict DB Z press every minute (light weight, work the volume).

Conditioning – For Time (20 min cap) – 15 Strict Pull Ups, 25 Box Jumps 30″/24″, 35 Overhead Squats 75/55, 45 Sit Ups, 55 double unders, 45 sit ups, 35 overhead squats, 25 box jumps, 15 strict pull ups.
