All-in’rs, please arrive at 9am with your items that you are supposed to bring to the seminar.  We will spend an hour on the strong side going over the nutrition portion of the 8 week challenge and how we will be successful during this challenge.  After the seminar we will do our workout.  If you want to bring something to sit on besides a box definitely do that.  Can’t wait to get you going!!
