This is the last week to sign up for the All-in challenge. I believe that this challenge will be what you need to make the change we have spoken about. I’ve spoken with a number of you and keep hearing “let me check my schedule”, “oh work…”, this, that which I 100% get but, when? When are you going to do, or at least try, to make the changes you want to make. I know for a fact that ALLLLLLLL of you are interested in making bigger improvements in the gym, at least learning about nutrition even if you don’t follow a plan 100%, making better habits for yourself and holding yourself accountable. I want you to follow a flexible dieting plan because I know for a fact it will work, I want to you do these mobility techniques and daily habit forming activities because it’s helped me in so many ways. Here’s the real truth though. I know that you will fall off and not follow all of what the challenge has to offer forever but, I want you to know. I want you to know how to do stuff for yourself. How to change. How to be better. Even if you do this for 8 weeks and call it good not you know some stuff to take with you for later.
