As March is right around the corner you can look forward to more programming with Muscle-ups, Pistols, HSPU’s, Double Unders as well as continuing the Back Squat strength cycle.  Remember there is no gaming the game, you either come do the work to get better at movements or you don’t.  You get what you get. There are going to be more challenging workouts in March with complex movements.  These aren’t programmed to exclude you, they are programmed to include you.  To challenge you in ways that make you uncomfortable.

Also, thank you for your continued support in the CrossFit Open.  Our kick-off night on Friday the 24th was a great time.  It went pretty smooth aside from some judges not showing.  If you are an athlete in a heat and then judging later please don’t bail on judging.  If you need to leave or you can’t make it please let Steve or Rick know as they are creating heat sheets and judge assignments all the way up to the night of the workout.  We appreciate all the help and participation in these events.  Please invite friends or family as well if you’d like to.  There is plenty of room for support!  Thanks again
