Try a benchmark
So this week I (Wendy) have spoken to a few of you bootcampers about tracking your workouts and your progress. As I recommended, it’s very important to track your workouts. Without tracking what you’re doing, how fast you’re doing it, and how you felt doing it, how do you really know you’re progressing? This workout today is a great example of a Crossfit workout that is used to track progress. It’s a workout that can be done anywhere, as long as you have a pull up bar. So try it out, do the best you can, write down how many rounds you finished, and try it again in a few months to see how far you’ve progressed.
