1 minute of work, 30 seconds of rest for 20 minutes
Choosing from a variety of surprise core exercises, we will call out the exercise you will be doing for that minute. At the conclusion of that minute, you will do sit ups for 30 seconds as your “rest” time. Following those 30 seconds the next exercise will be called out for you to perform for the next minute and so on. This will continue for 20 minutes straight.
If you’ve been to the past 2 Saturday workouts, this one will be carried out in a similar format.
