Row Your Boat
As many of you may have noticed, we’ve been doing lots of rowing lately. I like putting rowing into wods because it’s a lot easier on the knees and works more muscle groups than running does. If you ever go out to buy a treadmill for the house.. go for a rower (erg) instead!
