On Saturday, July 13th, we have another class at Max Muscle on Hoadly Road! This time we will be doing a normal WOD like we would during class, instead of the baseline like we’ve been doing at the rest of the events. I hope more people are able to make it out this time! We’ll be going at 9:00 am again.
