It’s the Little Things



After doing “White” last weekend, Sara was determined to get her rope climbs down.. today she did! Congrats Sara ๐Ÿ™‚ This is just one example of how the little successes and accomplishments can mean the most. It’s the baby steps and mastering certain movements that will build your strength and confidence to get you to where you want to be in life. If there’s a movement you know you’re weak at, stay a few extra minutes after class and work on it. Practice makes perfect.
