Today is the first ever KBC Bring a Friend Day!! Bring anyone you’d like and show um what you do to get fit. Once again, we’ll be doing team WODs all week so that you can walk your friends through the WODs a little easier and pick up their slack to get the work done quicker 😉

“Pet Wall Ball”
200 squats w/wall ball
200 lunges w/wall ball
200 push ups (partner holds wall ball)
200 box steps w/ wall ball
*wall balls cannot touch the ground the entire time (10 star jump penalty for team)
