Bring a Friend WEEK!!
I hope everyone had an awesome weekend and got to spend it with the people that mean the most to you! Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday classes this week will all be Bring a Friend Days! You can bring anyone you want to any of the classes. Not just friends, but you can bring family members as well. We’ll do a normal WOD today and then team WODs for the rest of the week to make it as enjoyable for you and your friends as possible.
If you bring people this week, they’ll just have to fill out a waiver before we start class and they’ll be good to go. I’m looking forward to meeting your friends and/or family! We’re spreadin the gift of fitness people!! That is awesome.
