Every Minute on the Minute

Everyone did great in the WOD yesterday! Make sure you all write those times down so we can re-test it later on. I guarantee everyone will improve if you stay on top of your diet and fitness.

You’ll notice that part of the WOD today says “EMOM”.. this stands for every minute on the minute you’ll stop everything that you’re doing and perform whatever exercise is listed as EMOM. It’s a nice little break from the WOD for a second while, still keeping you moving but can get frustrating because it extends your finish time.
