Bring a Friend Days


“Bring a Friend Days” are coming up everyone! If any of you have friends or family who you think would enjoy bootcamp or want to see what it’s all about, you’ll have the chance to bring them this month! On May 14, 16, and 18 we’ll be holding BAFD for every class on those days. You can bring as many friends as you want, and they’ll workout with us free of charge. I’ll be sending an email out with more information soon, so keep an eye out for that!
