Just Another Manic Monday


You all know how the song goes. The weekend just wasn’t long enough, you woke up late, you’re rushing to get to work on time, the boss doesn’t care, but you can’t tell him how you really feel because you need to get paid.. We’ve all been there, some more often than others. Fitness is a great way to relieve all that stress. When you come home from a long day at work and want nothing more than to just lay down in front of the tv.. get up and get your fitness on! Use that built up stress and anger to push yourself harder in your workout. It’ll put you in a better mood and give you more energy to make it through the rest of the week. I know it can be hard to find the discipline to get up and get to the gym, but the endorphins that you’ll activate from your workout will put you on an endorphin high for days. Nothing will be able to bring you down, not even that grumpy old boss.
