Try Something New

Is CrossFit the only thing you do to stay active? If yes, then you couldn’t have made a better choice for the one activity to exert your precious energy. However, I will remind you that CrossFit is designed to prepare you for whatever life may throw at you. It doesn’t just prepare you to do more CrossFit. Try out some new activities to display your new level of fitness. Show off some of your agility and coordination with some tennis. Prove your endurance in a soccer game. Overwhelm your friends with your power and accuracy in a few games of bowling (CFW bowling night, anyone?). When was the last time you tried something new? Don’t just CrossFit for the sake of CrossFit. Use that junk.
