Conditioning – Endurance work. For time (25 min cap) 45 Burpee Box Jump Overs, 24/20 in Row, 1500 m 45 Clean & Jerks, 95/65 lbs Run, 800 m 90 AbMat Sit-ups

Optional Core – Accumulate 30 lying leg raises with barbell pressed out (use legs to tap BB and back down, extra points to alternate between tapping each plate).
