Conditioning – For Time (15 min cap): 21/15/9 Pull Ups, Handstand Push Ups, Hang Squat Clean 95/65. Scale the skill down before the weight. Scale Pull Ups with bands/jumping, scale HSPU with Pike Push Ups/DB Z Press.
