Strength – Superset: A1) 4×5 DB Strict Press (dual) immediately into 5 DB Push Press. A2) Max effort weighted arm circles (set 1 & 3 forward, 2 & 4 backward). Use light weight in each hand, keep circles tight and small while maintaining proper bracing throughout core and locking shoulders.

Conditioning – AMRAP 11: 12 Alt Single DB Clean and Jerk (50/35), 15 Medicine Ball Cleans 20/14, 12 Single Arm DB Overhead Lunge (stationary). You must use the same DB for C&J as the lunges, if you scale one you scale both.
