6-Feet-Deep Partner WOD: 3x 8 minute AMRAPs 8 Synchronized Bar-Facing Burpees, 12 Synchronized Deadlifts, 16 pull ups. Deadlift weights 135/95, 185/135, 225/175 respectively.

3 min rest between AMRAPs. Pull Ups are the only movement that are NOT synchronized. Meaning the 16 reps can be divided among the two however you want and only one partner working at that time. Use this as a short recovery. Deadlift and burpees are done on your own bar, they do not have to be 100% synchronized but the reps are done at the same time and one partner cannot start the next rep until the other completes there rep is ready for the next.
