Strength – Strict Press (either BB or dual DB/KB) 10/8/6/4/2 increasing weight. Immediately after, complete 2/4/6/8/10 at the same weights of push press with as little rest as possible. No equipment? Sub in Strict HSPU or negative push ups (slowest negative possible), immediately into kipping/normal push ups.

Conditioning – Annie 50/40/30/20/10 For Time Double Unders/Sit Ups. Optional Annie + add 25/20/15/10/5 HSPU at the start of each round, time cap 18 min.

Core – Max effort plank hold – okay to switch from forearms to palms and vice versa to increase time under tension.
