Strength – 3 supersets of 15 goblet cyclist squats into 10 elevated single leg glute bridges (see video). Goblet Squats can be converted into front rack if no KB/DB.

Conditioning – AMRAP 13: 200m run, 10 Burpee Plate Jumps, 20 Alternating Jumping Lunges, 30 Mountain Climbers, 40 Air Squats

Core – 15 reps of 2 alternating V-Ups into one complete V-Up, followed by 15 reps of 2 alternating superman raises into one complete superman raise.
