Strength – Alternating DB Bent Over Row + Delt Fly 3×10 (see video). Modification for KB is to complete all rows before starting standing shoulder fly, barbell only complete rows into high pulls.
Conditioning – For Time 21-15-9 Deadlift 225/155 Bar Facing Burpees. Perform with heaviest KB/DBs possible if no barbell, double reps on DL if needed.
Core – 30-20-10 Deadbugs, Russian Twists (no weight), Oblique Crunch
