Strength – Pressing Supersets. 4×8 Barbell Floor Press immediately into quarter push ups to failure (see blog video). Sub in either DB/KB floor press or bench press.

Conditioning – Super Cindy – AMRAP 20 5 Bent Over Barbell Rows 135/95 (modify with bent over DB/KB rows), 10 Feet Elevated Push Ups, 15 Goblet Squats 53/35 (sub in DB or barbell at 75/55 front squats)

Core – Kettlebell/DB Windmills 3×5 per side. This can be done with any object instead – increase the time on the concentric if needed.
