Quarantine WOD

Part I

4 sets of 20 DB RDLS immediately into 20 DB lunges (may sub w/ Barbell, or KB) *rest 90 seconds between sets

Part II

12 minute AMRAP

30 in and out Plate Hops (sub w/ 30 high knees)

20 Plate ground 2 OH (may sub w/ DB, KB, or barbell clean and jerks)

15 V-Ups

10 Side-to Side Push ups on Plate (sub w/ DB or regular hand release push ups)

Core Work

3 sets of:

1 min plank

1 min left side plank

1 min right side plank

rest 1 minute
