New Year – New Cycle

Today we’re going to be starting a 12 week strength oriented cycle. Be prepared to test on 4 lifts throughout the first two weeks and retest on the last two weeks. We’re going to focus a lot on tempo and control to maximize the amount of strength gain so make sure that you follow the prescribed lifts and don’t allow form to suffer. We will also see a variety of newer conditioning workouts to build on the cardiovascular capacity we’ve gained since the open.
