In teams of 3
800m run w/ med ball (together)
then
3 rounds
45 TTB
75 med ball squat cleans
45 med ball sit ups
75 double unders
45 wall balls
then
800m Run w/ med ball (together)

Med ball can never come to a rest on the ground. One partner must be holding med ball throughout the whole workout; if medball comes to a REST on the ground, the whole team must complete 5 burpees each)

One person works at a time, except for partner runs
